Full bathroom renovation, keeping the major fixtures in the same locations but installing a large tiled shower
The main factor for the design was the homeowners desire to have a large walk in tiled shower, this required lowering of the existing floor to allow for the appropriate gradient. We replaced the existing drop in bath that was framed along the entire back wall with a back to corner bath to avoid overcrowding of the existing space.
Lowering of the floor for the walk in shower needed the concrete slab cut out in it's entirety, we had engineering carried out to ensure that the structure would not be unduly effected.
